Help please.

So I've suspected for some time that my girlfriend is cheating on me. The usual "red flags", she turns her phone screen away while texting, always going out with her girlfriends, buying new panties. I try to stay awake when she comes home at night but I always fall asleep. Anyways, last night around midnight I decided to wait under my truck until she got home. Shortly after , a car pulled in and she got out and started buttoning up her shirt. She then took out her panties and slipped on under her dress. It was then , at that moment that i was laying under my truck, that I noticed a hairline fracture in the rear mounting bracket. Is that something I can weld? Or does the whole bracket need to be replaced? If it can be replaced, does anybody have a welder I can borrow ?
