Since no one has said it yet, lighter fluid (like charoal lighter or Rosonol). This will get most things that water or nail polish remover won't.

Yes i have a friend that owns a body shop, I noticed a case of (off) insect repellent in his office one-day, they use it to take the glue off cars left by plastic moldings, I've since tried and it does work better than acetone or laquer thinner

wd40 removes gum, sticker glue residue, and tar from anything and wont hurt the paint or even remove the wax if used on your car to remove road tar

Heat it up just enough to wipe it off with Crown Royal. If that doesn't work drink the rest of the Crown Royal.

Soak in warm water with liquid dish cleaner (joy, dawn, etc.)
