I get 3-5 calls a day for at least a few years about my fricking student loan refinance. Today I answered 3 and pressed whatever number to not call me. Again.

6 in two days.

I've signed up for do not call list. No help.

Besides changing my number I figure harassment lawsuit is all I got left.

Any ideas what the frick to do.

As Antonio Scarpacci would say "sue, its the american way"

If you can't pay cash for something you shouldn't be buying it

You think Lawyers are going to sympathetic to student loan collections?

I don't have any advice but I upvoted you because it's not every day you get a classic "wings" quote.

Back in the 90's before the FedGov cracked down on repayment, the 3 worst offenders of student loan default: Truck drivers, Doctors, Lawyers.

Truckers since being on the road allowed them to evade collections, Lawyers since they argue every contract anyway, Doctors because they think they're god.

I'm laying fine.

The problem here is they keep changing numbers on me. All from my area code.

Its getting out of hand. I'll answer and press whatever number to unenroll and sometimes as soon as I hang up I get another one.
