I know all these assholes are trolling Darth and I never wish ill will on people but a little part of me wants some of these guys to have to deal with a constitutional rights violation and see just how they really feel.

You are either a troll or just retarded. There is no way you honestly believed anything good would come out of THIS thread started by YOU.

I hear you. I've been fricked over by the system before, also got away with a ton I shouldn't have

But Darth should have never started this second thread. What did he expect? He should wait 3-4 months and then let's start a thread based on real information and discuss it.

Police say only 3 officers fired. Total of 12 shots.

I'll give you time to fit that in your narrative.

I don't think anyone would enjoy that if it were to really happen. I think everyone's point is that you nor I have any idea who, if anyone's constitutional rights have been violated. Some choose to just take a guy's word for his innocence simply because he's a biker. I say sort it out and let the system do it's job. If someone is truly innocent then he'll have his day in court, not just on the criminal charges but on a civil suit.

Why should they sit in jail if the video evidence shows they did nothing wrong?

Why should they sit in jail because the Good Old Boy establishment set an unattainable bail? The constitution forbids it.

We, as individuals, don't know who was not guilty of anything that day. Those in possession of the videos know. They have had ample time to review the videos and let the bystanders go.

Where is the link to how many have been let to already and how many are still in holding? Also where is the list of who had weapons on them and who didn't?

Jails are full of people arrested for one reason or another for no good reason.

Forgive us if now that they are in a MC we care even less.

There are arguments to be made that arrest powers are out of control, but your supposed victims will not be the vehicle that gets anything changed.

Have they said how many bikers were shooting and how many shots they fired? Any details on who shot who?

There is way more to a case than simply the video evidence. You know that. The video evidence certainly needs to be taken into consideration and in some rare cases can exonerate someone, but not necessarily.

And you also know we and good that all can and some have filed for a bond reduction. The system isn't perfect and it isn't fast, but it is plodding along.

They are keeping it with the list of how many guns were confiscated on the scene that were not in cars.

I think all of those lists are at the bottom of the pile, under the list of names of people they are holding, with the videos showing they did nothing wrong. That is peculation on my part.

What I know for sure is that more than on video exists and they are being hoarded.

You are correct. That is happening. Even though there is no reason for people that committed no crime to be arrested, much less get a million dollar bond.

You don't seem to have a problem with arresting people based on geography. A million dollar bond for ordering wings is OK to you?

Once again, arrest those that committed a crime.

A million dollar bond? Are you kidding me? Americans are in jail in Waco, with absolutely no evidence that they did anything wrong. Let's let them sit there for months or years while we sort it out in the dark?

Alright. Let's say you're in NO for a Saints vs. Falcons game. You take your SO to a bar for a drink, both decked out in your Saints gear. While you're inside minding your own business a fight breaks out in the parking lot between some Saints fans & Falcon fans. Someone pulls out a gun, then someone else. The shooting starts and the cops move in and instead of arresting those outside fighting, they go into the bar and arrest everyone wearing either Saints or Falcons gear, charging each of them of a capital felony. You and your SO are hauled before a JP and he puts a bail of one million dollars on each of you and now it's almost a month later and you're both still sitting in jail. You going to like what the New Orleans PD did there as well?

Just when I think you that you are starting to use actual facts to present a logical argument, you go and post this asinine analogy.

You and Strong Safety should win Oscars if this proves to be a couple of Internet schticks. The unfortunate part is that y'all both think your arguments are intelligent and actually respectable.
