Phase 1 is in effect almost everywhere according to the parameters set forth man. States are waiting until May 1 because April 30 is already a set date

If these functions under 50 act the same way we did previously, that’s a hot bed. This is good news and bad news simultaneously: it’s estimated in Santa Barbara County in CA (I think that’s the county correct me if I’m wrong) that 4% of the population has had it. I can hardly think of a more conducive environment to spread a virus than a crawfish boil. It’s no different than those Spring Break idiots. Again I think he’s trolling, but there are some idiots that will do that.
