Govt hand is being forced by economic collapse.
The risks from a largely unknown pathogen without a vaccinated herd do not change.
I’d LOVE to see normalcy again. I’d LOVE to see everyone’s financial future secure. But, life can be a cruel bitch.
Because like I said come May 15 places will be in phase 2 which will be allowing summer camps, 50 people gatherings, etc etc

You parrot a wishful-thinking agenda....doesn’t make it true.
So, the experts were saying 18-22 months, now it’s May.
But I will call you the arrogant one for shaming others for wanting to actually live life and not alter course drastically for this

People die- it’s a fact of life. It’s ridiculous that some here are so willing to give up there civil liberties to the government. Sorry I’m late to the party for I have been banned through most of this but reinstated just in time for the rebirth.

If COVID-19 is preventing you from living life, you were doing it wrong.

You’re trolling. It was decently obvious at the start, but you’ve revealed your hand.

Look this thread is attention whoring tbh
But the fact is people have tricked themselves into think the goal is to avoid getting this virus and avoid deaths by locking down. That isn’t going to happen. The goal was to slow it down for hospitals to access the spread, facilities, equipment etc etc
That has been done. The people who are going to get this virus are going to get it. The people who are going to die from it are going to die from it. Whether that be in 3 months or 3 years. From a micro level that won’t be avoided. Now that it looks like our systems won’t be overwhelmed(even with a spike), life must continue

Most would say spending time with friends, family, and loved ones are very important to living life
Birthdays, weddings, work, also part of living life
We can disagree on how to handle this, but acting like this hasn’t changed the things humans cherish dearly is juvenile

You don't spend time with friends and family because of COVID-19?
Yep, you were/are doing it wrong.

It has to be done carefully, which can’t be done at a crawfish boil. You’re eating and drinking like Chinese people there, and I mean that quite literally. Very communal and people get so fricking drunk they don’t know where they are. That’s the average Chinese party for you.

You can, but that’s not going to happen. It’s like going to a hundred person orgy and saying that someone there isn’t going to catch herpes.

So when are crawfish boils ok for you? Not being a dick, just asking
You sent agree with the task forces approach, so what is your opinion

I don’t fully understand this virus at this point, so I can’t tell you. What I can tell you is you’re a fricking stupid inconsiderate dick if you have a massive crawfish boil at this point.

No, we should tell people not to do this stupid shite and trust them not to do it. A major risk I know, but I don’t want to live under a nanny state.

It will never be okay for these dolts- they want to sit in their apartments, eat their government supplied food. They are the hidden enemy.

Nowhere in the guidelines does it say you shouldn't spend time with family.
Less than 10 people, six feet of social distancing. Easy day.

Yeah troll, I’m sure there are tons of people that love living on government welfare here.

It is absolutely stated people should not visit with anyone outside of immediate family for now
Hanging around siblings and parents would be being an ignorant arrogant a-hole
We have been reminded of this constantly
The poster just two weeks ago during Good Friday was lambasted for the thought of having his parents over for Good Friday
