Yep, my older sister. My brothers and I all went to the military. My sister turned to drugs. My brothers and I are all successful. My sister is 52 and has been on drugs since she turned 19.

Last Child
Lastborns, often referred to as the "babies" of the family, are often seen as spoiled and pampered compared to their older siblings. Because parents are more experienced at this point (and much busier), they often take a more laissez-faire approach to parenting.

Last-born children are sometimes described as:

Outgoing
Fun-loving
Charming
Free-spirited
Immature
Manipulative
Self-centered
Dependent
Risk-taking

Adler's theory suggests that the youngest children tend to be outgoing, sociable, and charming. While they often have more freedom to explore, they also often feel overshadowed by their elder siblings, referred to as "youngest child syndrome."

Yep...my parents had 5 kids and I can say for a fact that each one is different from the next. No parent is an expert when they have hjeir first kid. They actually learn how to be better parents. Tjey may not realize it but they are raising kid# 5 differently than kid#1.

Yep, my little brother turned into a bleeding heart liberal. A few months back my mom had something good to say about Trump and he cussed her out. I wanted to drive to Covington and beat his pansy little arse.

Same here. Sister and I are very productive. Younger brother has addiction problems. Married with a kid and still needs handouts from 70 year old parents to get by.

You’ve never met anyone who has had a sibling raised the same as him - not even identical twins.

My wife and I babysat my son’s two boys overnight last night. They are 2 and 1. The two year old beats the shite out of the one year old on the regular. Now, you are going to tell me they were raised the same? One kid who is two and has never had his arse whipped except by his dad, and the other kid that spent his second year of life in constant terror?

Even “identical” twins are not really identical, and have asymmetric relationships that impact them differently.

When my wife started in the insurance biz her first boss had 2 grown kids. His daughter who went to med school and is a surgeon in Atlanta. His son was a druggie and was in and out of jail. He did start going to church and changed his life but died from a heart attack shortly after due to the damage done to his heart.

My sister is 10 years younger than me. My parents were too old.

She lives at home, doesn’t work, is mid 30s and she thinks she can talk to spirits and cast spells.
