Popeyes in MS got my order wrong. Called manager he said come back and he would make it right. He told me to keep the wrong order, got the correct order, then a free gallon of sweet tea.

Phenomenal service this morning in the Atlanta airport. And they were slammed. Spicy white with extra biscuit.

It will change, they will force crappy products on their store owners, and quality will suffer.
They shite on every food place they acquire.
We had 5 tim hortons open in st.louis, but the parent company was such shite, that now all are closed because of a dispute. And franchise owners closed shop, terminated contract and filed lawsuits against RBI.
Burger King is horrendous, and dominoes is crap. They could ruin a wet dream. Popeyes is next for them to ruin.
They shite on every food place they acquire.

I still feel like they don’t give a frick about me when I’m there and it’s still what dreams are made of so no. Nothing has changed for me.

I didn't even need a translator for ordering at a McDonald's in Tokyo.

Well, just after they were purchased, the whole place temporarily went to shite.
Have to say now, that I think it is probably better than it was before the sale. My local popeyes has been redecorated, air conditioner fixed (for the first time in 5 years), and when I ate there an hour ago, they served me quickly with exactly what I ordered!
I was prepared for the worst when they were sold, but based on what I have seen, they are in much better shape now than before.
