Have you ever worked in a fast food restaurant?

When I was younger I worked at Burger King for 1 month. Hated ever moment of it. Before I started working I had this vision that I would work the drive through window. I would talk to my friends when they came by and hit on chicks too. Well, reality slapped me in the face. I stayed in the back making hamburgers the entire work shift. My day consisted of staring at a order screen all day and being bored to death. So I only lasted one month and then I quit.

No and never desired to.

I'm sure those Chicks you were referring to would have thought you were such a bad arse for handing them extra Ketchup and a free small fry.

Cooked catfish as my first job.

Nope. When I was 16 and first started looking at jobs I said the 2 things I never wanted to do were fast food or bag groceries.
Not that there's anything wrong with either, and kudos to the folks who earn an honest living to make money, just neither of those were in the least bit appealing to me in any way.

I guess it was technically fast food. I worked one of the food stations at Blue Bayou for about a month when I was 16

My cousin worked at Taco Bell and said he messed up orders on purpose and sometimes added pubes too

No. But I do work at a mildly nice restaurant that does take out right now. People think that shite is fast food. No mam the well done not butterflied filet you ordered to go was not ready in 5 minutes.

No, Scruffy doesn't cavort with the unwashed masses in such a manner.

I can top that. When I was 16, I worked at Burger King for 4 hours. My sister, who worked there also, got me the job. I went on my lunch break on my first shift and never went back. Like you, I was stuck on the "broiler" for those four hours, sliding frozen patties into the grill. Fuuuuuuck that, Jack.

Which Outback do you work at?

I worked at a restaurant cleaning dishes.
Did it one day and quit. I found a way to survive off of the $30 bucks my maw maw gave me for cutting the grass every week and umpiring baseball games.
Then i went to college.
Worst job i ever had was probing for pipelines in the swamp/marsh throughout lower Lafourche/Terrebonne the summer after my first year of college. Marsh and lakes weren't so bad, but frick the swamp and it's holes, spiders, and god damn floating ant piles.

Burger King, three years (high school/college). Trust me, you didn't want to work the drive thru.
Hardest job I've had to this day.
