Yep. The reason it looks clear when he's throwing it on her is because when he shifts the camera the liquid is already out of the cup, and since the cup itself is clear, it looks clear. The piss looks clear while flying through the air because it's no longer concentrated in one spot and therefore the yellow tint isn't visible
