Never met a sitting President, but the best I have is:

1989 I'm in the PMAC to pick up my diploma and someone told me the commencement speaker was the current governor of Arkansas. You know how that one goes.

2004 I knew George W. was flying in on AF1 to give the commencement at LSU. I happened to find myself out by Ryan Airport around the scheduled landing time, and I saw AF1 land. That was impressive.

1977 I was at the NHRA Cajun Nationals in Erwinville, turned around from getting a coke, and there is governor Edwin Edwards and his State Police detail getting something to drink too.

All i got.

Was playing golf with a client at Vaquero in Westlake TX.

I made the wrong turn on 8 green and ended up going up toward 1's green and George W. was just finishing 1. He got out the cart and shook our hands. Still disappointed I didn't get a picture. Guess I was in awe.

2 Secret Service agents were following him.

Actually trained martial arts with some SS detail here in Kingwood, TX and they had a golf benefit with Bush Sr. and Barbara as the guests probably about 2002 when he was still in good shape physically. I attended it with my wife. A bunch of us went to play golf afterwards and about 4 holes in, Bush Sr. came out with some other SS guys and asked if he could join us. I had not been vetted at all other than playing with some SS guys and he proceeded to play about 3 holes with us. Pretty cool.

Also, what embassy were you at? A good buddy of mine was CO over all of the Eastern European embassies along with Moscow back about 2008-2010.

American Embassy Nairobi Kenya and American Embassy Bangkok Thailand. I served at the Kenyan Embassy that Al Qaeda blew up in 1998. I got off Embassy duty in early 1995. Semper Fi!

Trump in Atlantic City at a Howard Stern event. Drank a beer at 6am with Beetle Juice that day.

Also shook hands with Evander Holyfield right before Trump.

When I was a youngster I shook hands with a sitting Vice-President (whom most of you have probably never heard of: Albin W. Barkley).
