Had a fibrous cyst. Sucked be cause not only do they have to get the stuff out but then they open it up and have to remove the fibrous material. Not really painful but a PITA.

I've had a couple cut out.
Proudest moment of my life was when the doctor handed my last one removed and said it wasn't the biggest, but I absolutely had nothing to be ashamed of and it was damn impressive

The only time I felt I might pass out from pain was getting this removed. Clown only used local on it and it was no where near enough. I started sweating and felt like I might vomit. Let's not even talk about having to remove the gauze every day.

On my shoulder, about the size of a marble. No pain, but it got annoying carrying the laptop bag while traveling so I had it removed.

Same, I’ve had mine build up 2 times where it hurt like hell and bliss when it exploded.

Yikes. I wasn’t completely under, but very heavily sedated. I was awake during it, but was so high I really couldn’t decipher what was going on and had no sense of time. It was trippy.

Man I wish I was when they drained mine. I didn’t even know they do that for this type of procedure. The pain from the pressure was something I won’t forget. My dad, who brought me, thought I was being dramatic. The dr’s exact words, “no this hurts like shite”

I recently had abdominal CT scans done that revealed I have multiple renal cysts in and on both of my kidneys. Did my research, and it appears that 50% of people on earth have them to some extent. They become problematic when they grow inside our kidneys and interfere with normal kidney function.

I had one of these 10+ years ago. I thought I had pulled a muscle or something. Went to the UrgentCare near me with the wife. The doc numbed it a bit but said I can not cuss because there’s a little girl in the unit next door. I held onto the frame of the bed so hard my knuckles turned white
I had to go back every two days for a week to get it cleaned and changed out. Never had a problem since.
