Oddly enough, I seem to recall Superman 3 having an intermission. Can't remember if I saw it at Bon Marche or Essen.

Grindhouse had an intermission. It just came out a few years ago. It was like 4 hours long though and was really two movies put together.

Kung Pow also had an intermission.

I went to a movie in Istanbul once and they stop the movie half way so people can take a smoke break

The Right Stuff is the only movie I've ever seen with an INTERMISSION

What ever you do, don't rent Don John for a plane ride. Heard it was funny and nothing newer was out and watched it on a flight to LAX. Very awkward with people watching over your shoulder during some of the scenes. Pretty good movie though.

And if others are correct, I suppose The Right Stuff, and Gods and Generals

Return of the Jedi.

Awkward because they just shut the projector down halfway through so they could turn on the lights and walk down the aisles to sell us popcorn.

I think when I saw Dances with Wolves in the theater there was an intermission.

Oh, and "wrong board."

Guilty, but it was a 12 hour flight and I was in business class w no one next to me. I think I did angle the screen downward at one or two points.

I tried to watch "Spring Break" on the plane and had to turn it off pretty quickly. Wolf of Wall Street is worse IMO.
