Have you ever been this close to an explosion before?

I mean, I told where it goes. You could even copy it and paste it into Notepad to see where it goes.

Apparently it is a movie set. Also, last night your mom was pretty close to my explosion if you know whet I mean.

Although not as movie like as that, I was in a unit when it exploded. This was also the day that flooding started in 2016. Snapped this picture while evacuating.

Yeah, I've been around faulty pyrotechnics. I dont trust having live bombs around during.

To open with is ok, if its 1 time. But there is just too much room for error imo with that stuff.

I was across the street from a car bomb. I was about 5 stories up in the Europa hotel, sleeping when it went off.

First two years out of college I specialized a little bit in combustion sciences. We designed and built test stands that would test methane/oxygen combustion in both gaseous and cryogenic form (up to 20,000 lbs of mixed rocket propellant was set off with an incendiary shotgun shell basically)

We were about two miles away in the desert but that shite was intense. We did other combustion studies like a small hydrogen flash fire in microgravity like onboard the ISS but that was way smaller potatoes compared to the methane blasts.

I was there as well, about 300 yards away. It shook our office when the unit blew. Not something you forget quickly, especially the guys running over fences with forklifts to get out. Was very chaotic.

Yeah. Try about 50 feet away, if that.

Put it this way, it singed the hairs on my moustache.

Before they changed from the Motiva name, yep. Believe it was the H-oil unit.
