Once. I was skiing very quickly down the side of a blue/black that had a high point in the middle preventing you from seeing across from on side to the other. As I was skiing down an older lady who had no business trying this run came straight across over the high point and crossed in front of me. As I hockey stopped to try an avoid her, she stuck her polls out in front of her to stop herself and prevent a collision. However my left knee that was downhill smashed into her polls and I flipped over the top of them and down the mountain. Had to be snowmobiled down due to a torn MCL.

I have, but my knee was sprained and swelling quick. Buckle those bindings after your lunch break...

I have, but not because I was scared, because I wasn't. I'd never been on ski slope before that day and after a few runs down the bunny slope, my jackass buddy took me up to a black diamond course.
It ended with me on my back, head pointed downhill looking upslope between my legs looking at my ski poles, skis, hat, gloves, goggles, etc. spread over about 50 yards as they left my body one by one on my way down. There was blood in my mouth and some kid was on the chair lift overhead mocking me and my, apparently, spectacular crash. The ski patrol showed up with the basket and refused to let me move until they could get me down to the lodge and checked out by a medic.
I spent the rest of the afternoon drinking whiskey in the lodge.
The next day felt like I'd been in a car crash.

I would have guessed the meaning of "medically rescued" would be.. If you have a severe injury or some type of health issue in which you could die if you don't make it to the hospital fast enough, but you get there just in time for them to rescue you.

I guess I have.
Never sailed a sailboat. Went on Lake P. Tipped it over, broke the mast. Overnight on the lake, rescued by Coast Guard in the morning.
They thought it was funny.

I was night snowboarding a long time ago and it began to snow hard. I got off one of the higher elevation lifts and our group got separated as we went down different slopes. The fastener on my boot completely broke off and I couldn’t do anything but start walking. I found a phone and called for help. Within minutes they were there with a stretcher behind a snowmobile and we road down the mountain. I would pay to do that again.

Couple of years ago, some friends and I decided to relive lost youth and go skiing as a group the way we used to.
First day, I’m feeling pretty good on my skis. Pretty solid. We decide to go over a cat trail to another lift to go down some different trails.
All of the sudden I am airborne and twisting and land on my right elbow. If you’ve ever been hit, I mean really rocked, then you know that there is something you can almost hear/feel. Very strange. I wasn’t going fast or doing anything crazy at all. Probably too relaxed and over confident. Look down and my right hand is shaking. Looking up at the blue sky trying to take stock of whether anything else was damaged.
My peeps were ahead of me and didn’t see my crash.
Cop from San Diego comes over and sees me flat on my back and comes over. Gets his son to get help. He stayed with me till ski patrol got there and then all the way down the hill. Really appreciated that.
Kind of embarrassing to go down the hill in that little contraption getting snow in my face but I was shaky and couldn’t have gotten down the hill by myself.
I had X-ray’s and had a broken humerus up near the shoulder. Not displaced and didn’t need surgery, thank god.
But I really would rather have broken it on the last day instead of the first day of my vacation.

I drowned as a child and had CPR performed on me and they were able to resuscitate me. I wasn’t under for long but had breathed in water. Chest compressions and mouth to mouth. I was on a church trip to a sketch water park in east Mississippi. Had to ride in an ambulance back to Meridian and stay overnight in the hospital. It was a youth pastor that was trained and he definitely saved my life. We all got swimming lessons that summer. And later I took CPR training as a teenager. And took an infant CPR class before my daughter was born.
