lol, lots of butthurt over others finishing the puzzle. I've spent the last hour on it. Best I've done is 1024 and a 512 tile, and that's it. After that point, once I make the mistake of moving my big tiles out of the corner (same as Kork's strategy), I'm fricked.

I started just rapidly pushing up and right until it didn't go anymore then I pushed down then back to up and right. Got to 512 like that.

Yeah, you can do surprisingly well just doing that. With just a little bit of thought you can get from there to having a 1024 tile. And then you realize you're only halfway finished.

I had 1024, 512, and 128, then i got a really shitty run of random placements and was forced to move "up" as my only move. it doesn't seem like it, but there's definitely some luck involved. thought for sure I was 10 minutes or less from beating it.
