yep 100% stopped altogether, sometimes i price match but they are always more expensive now that they "collect" taxes that they never "really" pay out

I never bought enough stuff on Amazon to justify needing a prime account. I just use my girlfriend's account if I buy something that I want quickly. The only things I really buy are workout supplements, because they're cheaper than going to GNC.

Sold by Amazon, it's taxed. Sold by third party, not taxed. (and lots of third-party items are prime-eligible if the seller uses amazon fulfillment)

The tax doesn't bother me, but last few months their prices have been pretty whack. I still buy a lot of stuff there for convenience's sake though.
