The recently opened Chasing Aces in Bossier and, while it’s not Top Golf, you can’t get a reservation for less than two weeks out. It’s insane

ETA that was about a week ago. It appears it has eased up some, but they’re still rocking business.

I’ve been to Top Golf about 5-6 times in different cities, but most often Bham. Every time it’s been for a business thing.

Last time I went the usual suspects (employees this time) were doing karaoke really loud while they were working and playing music obnoxiously loud. Had to ask mngr (also a usual suspect) to turn it down. Smh.

This is what they want, corporate participation. I have been for "team building" events multiple times. You can have a large amount of people, including non-golfers go for a 2 hrs and it won't cost you much. you are knocking out dinner and event in one swoop.

brought our interns to Topgolf last week out in Katy, Texas, it was a Thursday night, and the place was completely packed

When that location opened it was PACKED. Like a new nightclub packed. Valet parking, line of cars. Dressed like a club too.

You’re right. I do indeed work for the heaviest hitter in my industry. The same is true for you. The only difference is I’m a Caterpillar product manager while you work the drive-thu for McDonalds.

Not really. The new emerging thing I am seeing here in DFW is full up indoor golf simulators plus sports bar. That seems like the next evolution of Top Golf.

You think like a boy, that’s why you see what I said as a flex. You’ll see the world differently when you grow up.

You used it as a way to try disparage me (ie a brag, commonly referred to in modern nomenclature as a flex), Darth. How would you define it?

The correct conjugation of the verb is run.

If you think that’s close to accurate then all you’re doing is further proving how you know nothing about what I do or who I work for. But that’s to be expected from a boy who works for McDonald’s.
