Gangbangers using glocks and pistols are not "snipers." Most go these shootings are 9mm and other handgun calibers.

I can’t speak on the shootings near the high rise, but as a resident near the I-10/610 split in Lakeview, a can attest that these numbers are way low. A few years ago, gunshots from the interstate could be heard a couple times a year. Now they are weekly. Sometimes daily.
