Some Jeeps had them until this model year.
One of the nicer Ford F150s and I think a Dodge high end model had them as options recently.

My Jeep has manual windows. I wanted something as stripped down and simple as possible, with a minimum of electronic gear. It's why I bought it. Mine's a 2016.

How about rotary dial phones?
We had one when I was a kid. I don't think my maternal grandparents ever not had one. And they lived till the mid 90s.

I think you can still get fleet trucks with rolling windows, been a few years since I’ve looked through

I can take it a step further. I have sat in the back of a Ford Pinto with a piece of plywood on the floor because the bottom of the car rusted out.

My new vehicle I own has manual rollup windows. Manual transmission and manual locks as well.
Pulling up to the high school parking lot. Turning the key to kill the truck. Reaching across the length of the seat and slapping that "unlocked" knob down.

What model? Crank windows were pretty scarce by the early 2000's.
I had a 2011 Tacoma with crank windows

Locking the drivers door. Jumping out and slamming it. Realizing you left the keys in the ignition.
I locked my keys in my my car so many times I became an expert at jimmying the door.

There are DOT trucks that have a million dollars of computer and hydraulic equipment, cameras, GPS, touchscreen everything, every technology imaginable but they have manual windows as a safety feature
