I listened to Rogan's podcast with Dan last week. It was......interesting.

Well, one perfectly legitimate gripe I have on it is that if I'm spending $100mil on a house, my panoramic view better be some breathtaking natural splendor like the ocean or a mountain range; not hills and buildings.

Having the city skyline as your panoramic view is only baller if you live in the middle of a city like NYC.

Needs more bored looking instasluts laying around staring at their phones.
