Trying to take the family to the beach this weekend. I saw that they lifted restrictions but you have to get approval county by county. I know some of y’all are owners of said houses. Have any county’s been successful in doing so.
TIA

from what i understand (and we have one reserved for late june) they are still screwing w/ the private short term rentals but hotels and motels are open.
i think they fine the owner $500 if they go through w/ the rental and some of the large property companies are just paying the fine b/c of the lost revenue of not allowing anyone to rent.
goverment doin' work protectin' us from enjoy the sunshine!

We just cancelled ours for Navarre Beach. They aren't letting Louisiana people rent for up to 45 days. Frick Florida. I'll see you guys at the Florabama repping purple and gold.

Why not just book Orange Beach area where its completely open?

That was a good idea if you booked a while back, but lots of OB is full up and expensive now.
I booked a friends place a while back at a big discount before they opened things up

Oh, interesting. I looked ~4 days ago and everything was average priced. $150/night for decent beachfront condos with 1-2 bedrooms.
EDIT - Nevermind. I forgot I was looking for this past Sunday-tomorrow. We often book trips on weekdays. Ignore me.
