The fact it is mid-morning there and you are complaining about a pool on tOT says a lot about you.

Yes, a stroke victim uses the one at the local community pool. For exercise with the therapist and for recreation with the family.

Blame the ADA and fatties.

Watched s 60 minutes where a dude like OWEO and a lawyer made a living using small motels in Florida

I operated one a few times as a lifeguard. It wasn't a permanent fixture one. We could assemble it pretty fast and it was a manual hydraulic using the pool water.
Didn't realize they became required by law to be permanent since then.

60 Minutes did a story about what a scam this has turned into. There’s an attorney in South Florida that manufactures cases against small business owners by using a handicapped patron, not being able to access the pool and then sues the hell out of the, he has run many folks into bankruptcy by abusing the ADA.

Zero entry pools make them unnecessary.

She passed away and never encountered someone who hated that someone would make a pool accessible for someone like her.

Yes, often.

It was the only way my disabled daughter would have ever been able to swim. But glad you are mocking her disability. Thank God He took her before she met someone like you.
At the risk of coming across as a huge a-hole depending on the circumstances, how could you not be able to get your daughter into a pool without that lift?

It is pretty awful being in some beautiful place like Hawaii and having that giant eyesore that no one uses there. Look how beautiful that scenery is. Then there’s a big arse crane in the view.

So, the fact that she didn't live longer is justified because she never had to encounter an a-hole?
That makes total sense.
Sorry for the loss, but you're a huge A hole for this.

No, I get it. I just found that statement extremely morbid. I would have assumed you'd have preferred her to live long enough to possibly encounter someone who doesn't like pool lifts.
Sorry for your loss.
