i would have to know her pretty damn well and feel comfortable enough to require a std test from her before doing that.
Having said that my Urologist who performed my vaesectomy stated after the procedure that once i had 3 negative results for sperm in my semen that i officially had a "license to spray guts".

I've had several girls ask me not to wear one because they like the way it feels. The only time it ever got weird was when one of them was trying to talk dirty and kept talking about getting pregnant. It was awkward and it was very much a turn-off, for obvious reasons. I was 20, though, so I still finished.
