You really do have to be kind of dumb to waste your time and money on a Harvard degree in 2026. Nobdoy gives a shite anymore.
Does it not still open more doors than any other degree?

Very very very much so.

More opportunity than what? Less than 1% of college grads came from the Ivies. Pretty small opportunity cost.

The alumni network. It's the ultimate country club membership.

There are more opportunities for all intelligent people than we know what to do with. Ivy league grads is a rounding error.

You think the average nonbinary african supremecy studies major has access to the nepo club?

In the leftist NGO circles? Absolutely.

Eh, kind of fair. I still think those special spots are given to people who were in the club before college. If a Harvard grad is working a low level NGO job for 40k/year, I wouldn't count them as in the club.

Males make up a lower percentage once they changed admissions from being based on objective criteria.
Males still overwhelmingly make up the highest 1-2% of ACT and SAT scores in the country; the ivies just don’t accept them any more.

Ivy league grads represent less than 1% of annual college grads. I didn't mean to sand your vagina with benign facts.

Their alumni also hold an outsized portion of top 1% jobs.

Dont try to explain it to him.
Trump, Musk, Buffett ar just 3 off the top viral names that went to the same Ivy.
But an Ivy doesnt matter probably supported by quotes of those three.

You can't have Ivy League grads covering any significant portion of the top 1% jobs. Last I looked Ivy League grads accounted for 10% of fortune 500 ceos. Obviously punching above it's weight, but 90% of the world's largest company's executives did not attend.
What do you consider top 1% jobs? Politician?

Lawyers, doctors, investment banking and finance, big tech, institutional real estate, etc etc.
The jobs that people get paid a lot of money to do.

I’m not sure if men are really opting out of college. I’d bet many of them are going to school in the south and not in New England

Yeah, exactly what we are saying. Going to an Ivy sets you up for better.

All of the men are going to SEC schools so they don't have to date ugly, blue-haired freaks.
Proof
