You sure its Harahan PD, not Causeway PD? Elmwood and the area around the bridge isn't part of Harahan.

Causeway PD has handled the Huey P for as long as I can remember. I've seen state troopers at the bottom of the bridge from time to time, but mostly its CPD.

Because Causeway police patrol the HPL... I don't know why but they've done it for about the past 15 years or so..
