Eh you wouldn't find these types at a place like Bacchanal or Paladar 511. The St. Claude corridor is pretty distinct from Bywater proper these days. Also, most of Hanks clientele weed themselves out of the gene pool by age 35.

These weirdo hipsters are like the Marines of gentrification. Once they take over a neighborhood it’s only a matter of time before house prices triple.

They don’t have trouble in the ghetto because black people are afraid of clowns and keep their distance. The weirdo hipsters make the neighborhood safe enough for regular hipsters, who then make it safe enough for upper middle class yuppies. By the time the yuppies arrive you won’t be able to afford a house so better get in early.
