Handcuffed man flees courtroom and nosedives over balcony

Man appears in court for drug charges and decides to run out while handcuffed and dives from 2nd floor. Injuries include broken leg, pelvis and fractured skull.

The best part of that was the guy in the dark suit at the metal detector...

Many of guilty and innocent ppl in jail. Running doesn’t mean guilt.

The man in the suit tried to help catch him, too. Those guys had some good reaction time.

I wonder what the deputies told him for him to stand around like that with his hands out. Pretty sure he ends up with blood on his left hand (he looks down at it after touching the inmate then being told to back away by the second deputy). Maybe that's why he keeps his arms out for that long.


It's funny as he almost runs into another bailiff before he hits the railing. Almost ruined his escape "plan" right there. Lucky for the bailiff, though, as he might have been the one taking the tumble.
