Layoff in soft market.
Hire like crazy, train up, and move forward once prices recover.

These trucks are being cold stacked....they arent going back to work for a long time

My dad and BIL just got cut. My grandpa might be next. I wonder if their executives have taken a penny in pay cut yet.
