You will have to wait until Rogue loads the stream to their channel. They are usually pretty quick to do it.

Is it an all the time thing now? I thought it comes and goes. Only have issues during flare ups?

From my understanding, there are a couple different types. Some linger like his has. Jim Ross has dealt with a similar type.
Back in 2016, I think maybe 17, is when he first got it. You really couldn't understand him at World's Strongest Man that year. It was bad.

Unfortunately, Ivan will have to have the same setup, if not more stringent than Thor had today. Every plate and the bar and everything will have to be verified on camera, and a judge will have to be present.
It isn't Ivan's fault, but Russia probably has the worst reputation in all of strength sports for questionable, or outright fake, records and accomplishments. Ivan has never competed in a sanctioned strongman event, and most do not trust him or his camp.
That is just the reality, I would like to see him make an attempt, but I don't think he will get 510.
