So after you finished the threesome, did you kick the doctors arse or not?
Sadly no.....they were able to explain to me that my arm wasn't amputated.....
It did make for a fun time at the follow up visit. He walked in laughing saying that he heard i wanted to whoop him.

He’s not even old and he’s already complaining about how hard PT is. They made him move his leg.
He’s neglected his health so badly he’s had to have his knee replaced in his 50s.

I’ve known a few people who have had it done. The ones who followed through with the pt did fine. Those who didn’t suffered

After my knee replacement surgery I did not have to go to physical therapy. My surgeon had me doing five exercises and an ice machine on my knee every hour for two weeks. I was able to bend my knee 120 degrees after the two weeks. I used a walker for one week and a cane for half of the second week.

In my 50s and thankfully never had knee issues. I wasn't aware most of the people with them at that age were the result of "neglecting health," though.
Trying to figure out what exactly I've done right.

You are truly a contemptible human being.
For the others who asked, I just turned 60. I tore my ACL playing HS football 43 years ago. It was fixed with 1980’s technology, and they even told me then that I would probably get arthritis in 30 years. They nailed it, because in 2014 I had to stop running. It continued to degrade but I wanted to make it to 60 (no good reason, and I now wish I had done it sooner).

I got my walker free from Goodwill. When I was finished with it I took it back to Goodwill.

I just got the text approving me for the romtech machine. Wasn't expecting insurance to approve.
