HAARP. Weather Control

Is the real use for HAARP to control the weather or is it intended for some other use. And if so,does anyone believe that the feds have achieved some sort of control over the weather?

No one who posts here, with a couple of exceptions, understands what HAARP is really up to.

I am not tin foil hat wearer, but I was watching something on the history channel about haarp and I was looking for other peoples thoughts on the subject. I have been around here long enough to know that I was going to get these kind of responses.

I dont even think it's operating anymore. It's almost on a main Highway, so I doubt there are many secrets surrounding what they do there.

I'd like to believe we could do the stuff the HAARP tinfoil hat crowd says we can do, but I don't buy it. That would be an insanely awesome, albeit terrifying power to possess.
