We get it dude. You are a true gym rat. Kudos

What is the proper etiquette here?
It's not your private gym and you can't sideline folks from a machine while running a circuit. Especially in this scenario when the squat rack is in a different room and no one knows wtf is going on.

Why you didn't pull the lunk alarm, brotesque?
Posted on 4/30/17 at 3:29 pm to LSUTigersVCURams
Should've just worked in between each other's sets. Whatever happened to cooperation?

the gym is crowded, stick to one equip ata time.
if not, sure go for your supersets.
If you do and lose the squat rack, you didnt have enough weight on there for anyone to realize it was occupied....weakling
This. Plus, if it is busy, there's no reason to kick the old man out. It's called working in.
The old man's comment

If you leave room you aren't using it any longer

I'll use the squat but I'll bring a bench and dumbells so I can do my squats, Bulgarian squats, and my goblet squats. People know what I'm doing and they know I don't take long at all.

The old guy should go ahead and die already

I can't stand dicks like him that try to own the whole gym while doing their circuit bullshite. frick those narcissistic pricks. Those are the same Assholes who don't wipe their sweat off after they finish.

Sounds like my sex life.

The old guys should have told him to pound sand. The gym is not your personal workout space. It's a shared space and you should only occupy one set of equipment at a time

A. It's unnecessary
B. 92% of the jackasses who circuit train would be better off doing a beginner routine consisting of the major compound exercises for about 3 years before jumping into that.

You can't circuit train in a crowded gym unless the equipment is next to one another, not in another room. Dude sounds like a douche and he'd have to wait his turn if I was squatting

Us people can't read that much

That wouldn't fly at my old highschool. If you didn't rack your weights, you had to do up downs, wheels on the bus, and a 100 yard bear crawl. You did it once and never forgot again.

I consider my rerack a short little circuit workout.
