Pissed off because your old lady gave it up to a dad bod?
But to your point, I am kind of lazy, fortunately I can afford to be. I'm also 55 and couldn't care less what anyone but my wife thinks.

I would imagine a lot of men are too tired to workout from actually having a job.

Lots of excuses in here. You know who else has a decent job? Chad. But Chad doesn't make excuses and gets up and gets his fitness routine in early in the morning while the rest of the dads are still sleeping. He likes to get a pump in before you head off to work...

I used to think this, but you don't necessarily need a gym to promote health.
When they're old enough put them in tball (run small distances and throw with them) put em martial arts (take the class immediately after the kiddos if you can) that way you are still active and being active in their life without a commercial gym.
That's what my dad did and what I will do. But I agree with you.

I think we've adequately covered dad bods this summer.

Why keep running when I've crossed the finish line?

I love seeing the fatties make excuses and call everyone else insecure in these threads.

I do and I also have a lunch break where I workout.
ETA: but it's just a quick 45-1hr routine
So do you not eat during your lunch break or are you taking a 2 hour lunch? That neither sounds convenient nor reasonable.

Jesus. What happened To the old fashioned mid-life crisis where you just went out and bought a Porsche? Threads on dad bod? I agree with you. OP you have to be better than that.

Boring. I exercise four times per week but still have a dad bod. I've chosen other priorities.
