Guess the first comment would be discussing this with your physician. Drugs like Cialis improve blood flow, but you might be just masking a more serious underlying health condition. If you have chronic health conditions or your doctor suspects that an underlying condition might be involved, you might need further tests or a consultation with a specialist.
Besides being a treatment option for ED, it's also prescribed to treat urinary symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), or enlarged prostate.

It’s fine. Better than viagra because it’s delayed response and you can just take it daily with a multivitamin
It’s also very benign so you can take a good amount if you’re going on a vacation or weekend with the wife.
Another good side effect is it basically opens up more blood vessels so more blood is constantly flowing so it looks bigger flaccid.

It lowers my blood pressure and at times I feel light headed like I'm going to pass out.

We get bits and pieces of the story here. Looks like a good medication. But for the majority of people here who use it, was your symptom that you could not achieve a good erection? Or is it you want your erection to last four hours with _____ ejaculations?

When you reach a certain age, the doctor is the one that brings it up in your yearly physical. At least mine does. Can’t say I need it yet, but he gave me some samples recently. Haven’t taken any yet.

Good to know. After reading all the reviews here, went down and picked some up!
Seriously, actually had my doctor prescribe it for that this week. Did it work for you in terms of shrinking the prostate?
