Yes. Wondered why men were coming out of the other bathroom when I was exiting.
No women were in the bathroom when I went in.

Yeah I did it one time. The kicker is that I walked in and a woman (after the fact realized this) was walking out. It was a dyke looking woman with bagging clothing and really looked like a gay dude, so I thought it was the guys room.
After walking out I saw the mens restroom on the other side, as there wasn't a womans sign on it.
So it turned out the gay dude was actually a woman but she didn't say anything and nodded at me.

I couldn't find the men's room at the theater once.. It was late so I figured I could just sneak in the women's... Everything was fine, just whizzing in the stall, then a mom and like 5 girls came in all at once. It was really nerve wracking standing in the stall waiting for all of them to leave, afraid of getting noticed and then who knows what

Yea, at the first class lounge at the international airport in Yemen. I had the shits bad and the men's bathroom had a squat toilet - I went into the ladies' and sat down on a regular toilet.

Couple of times on accident, once in an absolute emergency. Did not show anyone my junk while in there though.

As a kid, took a dump at a place in Charleston and noticed a woman exit a stall as I was washing my hands. Pretty awkward.

Not a ladies room, but did swing a porta potty door open to reveal a female seated on the toilet to everyone in the area. She screamed at me to close the fricking door and called me an a-hole. I laughed, slammed the door and told her to lock it next time. She told her boyfriend to do something about it, and he told her it was her fault for not locking the damn door.

Outback one night I walked in the women's. Woman looked at me I apologized and blamed my mistake on not being able to read the signs since they were in Australian

A restaurant had a "women" sign on the backside of the door in the men's room. Even though you just peed in a urinal when you went to leave you would see that sign and it would make you think you went to the wrong bathroom.

Me too, same place. I thought it strange there were no urinals...
Also did it at Alex Box. Caught myself just as I got to the entrance. Lady said, "wrong way", I said, "yep" and turned around.
