But unless that video has been trimmed and the raw video shows otherwise....there’s no evidence of them beating his arse after tying him up. They don’t have anything to worry about.

The guy made zero attempts to deny it, knowing he was on video.
I just don't think anyone would broadcast this on Facebook Live unless they were damn certain they were in the right. (Morally right, I should say; I'm sure some dingus could argue against legally right.)
