Wow, that must’ve taken a lot of self-discipline! How brave of you.

Are you thin-skinned about everything or just this?

You’d better tell them you’re a tranny or black if you want to keep that job.
I’m an executive at a fortune 20 company and have already taken care of my business.

You know what, we would if they would too.
But its people like that B&N covidian who went around yelling and trying to shame people in 2020 and most of 2021 who wouldn't join their cult of the masks.
And I'm damn sure they'll do it again if/when it comes back to that.

And? Maybe he’s sick with Covid or flu and is trying to keep it contained. Or maybe he’s protecting himself during cold and flu season since he’s in customer service touching yours and others books all day. So long as the government isn’t mandating it, I don’t care if people wear a mask and gloves. This is America, a free country.
Why is this getting downvotes?

Should he have commented on your cargo shorts?
Some of you have some personal issues you need to address

What exactly would you have said? You gonna tell him to take it off? Because that makes you just as shitty as the mandate people.

Girl working at Starbucks today was wearing a mask. Under her nose.

Why is that attached to a picture of Ron White from 2002

This is my favorite response to these posts. The literal point of this board is to comment on the world around us. Share stories, things we see, things that make us laugh, make us mad, make us cringe, etc.
He's making on observation. He never said it bothered him, etc. He found it odd. And it is odd.
Even if it did bother him, so the frick what?

They could stay home as an option

Clearly it did if he was considering telling the guy about it.
Wanna know what’s odd? Some random person telling you they don’t like something you’re wearing.

Saw older couple with masks and latex gloves on today in New Orleans. Felt a little over the top.

No need to be righteous here. If youre that sick and work involves dealing with the public, you stay home

Saw a dude on the side of the Airline Hwy going to Gramercy, fishing with a mask on by himself. All I could do was shake my head.

Another example for being up in arms for no reason. I see a guy or gal with tattoos… who cares? I make a lot of money and am very successful. I know they will not be, but it’s not worth my time to diminish them anymore than they do themselves. Don’t waste a second thinking about it.
Obviously the fact a guy was wearing a mask was burning this guy up. If he wasn’t insecure in his own skin, it wouldn’t bother him.

Define “that sick”.
What if he feels decent but knows he has something and has a cough? Stay home and miss a day’s worth of pay for that?
I just don’t get why masks bug people so much. Wear a mask. Wear gloves. Wear a damn hazmat suit. I don’t care, whatever gets you out the door. Every frigging place is short staffed and we want people to stay home “so I do t have to see a mask”. Come on.
