Degens no longer view it as degenerate gambling, they now view it as legitimately regulated perpetual leveraged futures options. Seems legit.

There was a numbers racket when I was growing up that was based on the last 3 numbers of the DOW index.

Its not degeneracy until you're calling the gambling hotline and betting if the person who answers is a woman.
