Exactly. I am all for the 2nd amendment, but the fact is there are some people who are not responsible enough to have a gun.

My dad used to watch westerns in the 50s as a kid. When his parents were gone, he'd take my grandfather's revolver and unload it and "shoot" along with the good guys.
