He’s def real. Just look at the size of that watch.

I can imagine driver was acting like an a-hole in traffic and this cop working hoodlum duty got pissed off.

If in doubt, just dial 911 and photograph the person. They’ll either stay or bail out. Curious to see if anything comes of this.

You have to be pretty confident in what you are doing to do some shite like that, but I would have laughed at that dude and kept going. He looks like someone who threw together a police uniform for a Halloween party.
