Frick it, I'll defend the black dude. My 30 y/o wife has been uncomfortably hit on by dudes his age before and they have said some creepy stuff that would warrant an arse kicking, so I can easily see the black dude's response (outside of the kick at the end).

I had a girlfriend several years back before I was married that worked in a law firm. Old white guys would hit on her all the time but i never took it offensive. They were admiring beauty, its what men do. Ha! One told her i bet the men play hardball every night. We just laughed about it but hey im white and didn't come from a crybaby culture.

The whole kick to the head thing needs to stop. I would not be averse to a statute allowing the victim of such head kick(s), once recovered, to kick the perpetrator in the head as many times as the heart desired, consequences irrelevant.

Kind of agree, but have you ever tried to break up a fight? You just end up getting smoked in the face. I've broken up 4 that I can think of. I ended up with a black eye in two of them (never saw the puncher), I got tackled pretty hard in another (didn't see him coming), and one I didn't get touched.
