So the little boy runs out in front of the truck causing an unavoidable accident, and the driver of the truck gets pummelled when he stops to check on the kid. It's not like the guy was driving around down intentionally running down little black boys. Jeez...

I think it's a reasonable speculation that this asshat enjoyed driving through the only black area of town with a massive confederate battle flag flying from the bed of his truck. He's "totally not racist" but I would put money down that he drove around this hood with the flag specifically to piss black people off.
The mother of the kid who got run over says that he probably wouldn't have gotten his arse kicked if he hadn't "been provoking people"

No kids. But I wouldn't be alright, I just don't think it should be a felony, as long as they attend the same school. Otherwise, they should extend muddle school to include ninth grade, so that two students at the same school can't bang, and end up on a list for the rest of their life.

18 square miles
So this unlucky idiot hit 1 out of approximately 25 black children under the age of 5 in the entire city.
The pic of the truck with flag was taken in a Walmart parking lot
The 4 yr old (average weight 40 lbs) was hit by a GMC/Chevy extended cab pickup (average weight 4500lbs) and suffered non life threatening injuries not otherwise described.
The driver was reportedly attacked by approximately 10 persons and suffered only bruising and chipped tooth.
The author of the article is clearly biased based on "...investigating both the accident and the alleged assault.
No one has asked why mom wasn't out preventing her 4 yr old from running in the street or where the hell she came up with the name Damajae.
