He didn't talk to her, he yelled at her with a bullhorn. He also disturbed his neighbors and scared the shite out of a dog. Then he starts talking about trespassing after he invited her onto his property, specifically because he did NOT want to talk to her. All-around Grade A a-hole on par with people who don't pick up after their dogs.
people who are too selfish or trashy to adhere to basic courtesy need to be shamed publicly.

And no penalty. If I was a neighbor of his, I'd appreciate him calling her out so I could keep an eye out for her as well. As noted above, people who are too lazy to follow common decency and instead think "meh, frick that guy, let him deal with it" deserve to be publicly shamed.
It bears repeating, she HAD A BAG to pick it up shite and didn't do it. frick her.

Yeah, she had a bag this night and frick her for not picking up the shite from the prior night. Did she have a bag when he shite in the yard? Did she only bring one that night and it was his second shite of the walk? Did she want to go back and pick it up but forgot? We don't fricking know because this guy was too busy being an arse for her to get in a word edgewise.

This guy had every right to call her out, but he over did it, even shouting over her when she tried to talk. How would he have acted if it had been her husband or adult son? She was inconsiderate and he was obnoxious. Of course, we don't know their history, standings with other neighbors, etc.
