You know how to prevent such things? Dont leave your dogs shite on someone else's yard. Be a normal, considerate neighbor. Pretty simple.
But I know your political persuasion, so it does not surprise me that you would think someone should get to do whatever they want, frick everyone else and their property.

Sad boring trashy people leading sad boring trashy lives do shite like this. Yes it is inconsiderate to let your dog poop on someone else's yard and not pick it up, but making a point of being a complete a-hole to not only the guilty party but all of your next door neighbors as well will most likely not go over well.

What's the OT ruling on taking dogs for a walk and one of them takes multiple shits and you run out of bags? Inconsiderate for not bringing enough poop bags? This happened to me the other night, I actually went back with another bag but it was too dark and I was too drunk to find the poop. Hopefully it's the thought that counts if my neighbor sees me on his Ring
