Not sure I would take the time to upload a video to Facebook after a grizzly attack. SIAP, searched all appropriate terms.

Didn't think to search the Outdoor board. I haven't been over there since the AR15 mega thread was unstickied.

This guy just basically shrugs it off like another day at the office. Impressive.

I've seen this on FB a few days ago. If you haven't seen it yet, it's definitely worth a watch.

I read this the other day from the OB. This guy's story is almost too precise and accounted. Not saying he didn't get fricked up bc he obviously tangled with something, but for almost anyone else they would be in shock at that moment.

I was about 50 miles from him and kicked up a Griz (it was about 25 yards when he barked at me) scared the heck out of me.
All I had with me was my XDm 9mm. It was out after that though. Skipped the fly fishing and went back to lodge.

Guy was attacked on Chichagof Island a few days ago while deer hunting. His partner shot the deer. Most folks don't have time to pull a weapon of any kind on a charging bear. Those frickers are quick.

As Josh Dybdahl waited for help on the side of a mountain and tried to hold pieces of his flesh together after a bear tossed him around like a ragdoll, he tried to concentrate on the bright side of things.
“At least it’s sunny out,” Dybdahl recalled telling his hunting partner while the pair were waiting for a U.S. Coast Guard helicopter to find them.
Dybdahl, 30, knew he was losing a lot of blood, he knew that there was a chance the helicopter might not find him and he also knew there were more bears in the brush circling them. But none of that mattered. He had already made up his mind that he was going to live.
Third Juneau man mauled by a brown bear this year.
