Summer here in NOLA is hot and unpleasant, but it does tend to keep the gutter punk population under control.
Once the first cold snaps hits the north, they will come running back down here to hang out all winter. Urban camping I guess isn't fun in the snow.
They look trashy, get in the way, and make the city look bad (well, they are one group that makes the city look bad).
It's a very bizarre thing.

I laughed so hard at this, my nosy coworker in the office next to me had to come check to see what was so funny.
I just really want to punch so many people on that forum. Disgusting, terrible people with extremely fricked up priorities. If they put in as much effort into an actual job as they do into avoiding work or hustling, they'd be doing all right.

I saw where there were a cpl OD deaths around here over the weekend. First I heard it was fent powder, then I heard it was that new stuff called "Pink". Apparently a dose that's the size of the tip of a matchstick will kill you (talking about whatever is going around up here).
When bodies start dropping around here the DTF and cops crack down even more. I had never heard of any heroin or fent in this area for years up until the last cpl of years after they started shutting down the pain clinics.
If there's not any pills on the street then something else will fill the void.
Addicts aren't going to just stop using, which maybe that's the plan.

The government is controlling it all...I just saw a commercial for insurance that said they invented rabies too...not surprised.

The US is growing Poppy fields in Afghanistan and have US soldiers guarding the fields.
I dont think Mohammed has the facility to process the poppy into H nor the transpo equipment needed to distribute it around the world.
Someone is though.
But the US govt would never do anything like that. They didn't do it with cocaine and crack in the 80s.
CIA and other alphabet agencies have to have money to fund their off the books wars and such.

I was just reading the "favorite spange lines" thread. I am never giving any of these people money ever again, and I will no longer ever feel bad about it again. Maybe I'll offer to buy them a burger, but that's it. These people suck so much.

I can only surmise that this has a different definition to these 'people' than to those of us who are more mainstream.
Similar to the likelihood that they have alternative definitions to hygiene, work, productivity, civilization etc.
Maybe "house broken' means you don't go through someone else's underwear, take their cig. butts or lick their pennies.
