Yes. You can't shoot people in the back especially those who haven't harmed or aren't imminently about to harm you.

Yep. Someone who is in the same room, holding a gun, and just robbed you at gun point is not a threat.
That is where we have advanced to.
Now, if everyone stood together and said he was an imminent threat to another person and that is why he was shot in the back....
But, I wouldn't risk my freedom depending on others.

What do you think the % is of people in a place like Atchafalaya at 10pm that could get into a shootout in a dimly lit crowded place and not hit innocent people?
