That's what these assholes get for going to a bad part of town. If they stayed in the safe neighborhoods this wouldn't happen.

After Patois, all the cops had to do was have the patrons turn on their "find my phone" apps, and the case would've been solved within minutes of them getting there. Did that happen?
It's beginning to look like NOPD is doing this on purpose. I know they have always been inept, but just think about all of the robberies that have gone on within a couple of blocks of 2nd District station lately. I mean, they've got nothing, and I'd bet they aren't investigating anything anymore. In my last dealings with them, I had to go above the street level cops and detectives just to get my police report submitted properly. Complete incompetence

The city needs a 90's New York style crime makeover, which was led solely by the city administration. They need to wake the frick up and take action on this matter. Once it starts to affect tourism maybe they'll react.
