Gun Cleaning for Dummies

With all the recent "misfires" and gun jams that have been happening all over Nola, I'm wondering if these guys are having trouble taking care of their guns.
I'm thinking of starting a youtube channel showing them the proper way to clean a gun. First you stop up the barrel with a cloth and dry fire it a lot. Then you let it sit in water for a week and put it in a case for two weeks to be sure it won't rust. Any trouble after that and you can always take it apart and clean each mechanism on its own with super glue (sounds crazy right!)
If we can't get the guns off the streets we can at least help these guys take proper care of their firearms, try to take down these "misfires" from the inside.

Step 1: If you haven't unloaded your firearm, and then ENSURED that the firearm is indeed unloaded, you should do so.

If you are referencing the one on jeff Davis and the Greenway, I bet that guy didn't even have ammo. If you have the guy on the ground after a successful robbery, why shot him? I know I can't apply rational thinking to an irrational act. I think the perp did it to scare the shite out of the guy.
The one last year with the kid uptown by st Lawrence playground who robbed people with a sawed marlin 30/30. He would use the lever action to scare people.

Cleaning a stolen gun is the same as washing a rental car... Everyone knows that.

This thread is a misfire. Put superglue in your eyes and swallow a cup of bleach to clean the gene pool.

Or we could teach gun care and safety in public first grade classrooms nationwide
